Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods, or, in the case of an order for multiple goods delivered separately, the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last goods.

of your decision to cancel from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via the returns portal, email, or letter). We recommend that you use our returns portal, but this is not mandatory (further information on the returns process can be found in our FAQ on the right to cancel). Alternatively, you can also use the attached model cancellation form.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The Right of Cancellation does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable goods);

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

Note: These exceptions are practically relevant for food/drink products.
