All Advent Calendars will be shipped from early November. Once yours is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email.
If you order one or more Advent Calendars alongside other HOLY products, your order will arrive in two separate parcels. You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation for each one.
Everything except the Advent Calendars will arrive as usual within a few working days.
Advent Calendars will be shipped from early November.
Yes, you can return your HOLY Calendar within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, it must be unopened and in perfect condition.
Individual products from inside the Calendar cannot be returned or exchanged.
