The Syrup Bottle is designed for syrup; if you try it, be prepared to clean it more often.

Yes! The Bottle likes it fizzy too. It gives the flavours an extra kick.

Sparkling water works really well, especially at home or at your desk.

Tip: Make sure you screw the lid on really tight when you’re out and about – the carbon dioxide pressure can cause small amounts to leak out. Be careful when opening it, as it might squirt.

Clean the bottle thoroughly before using it for the first time.

For everyday use, we recommend:
• rinsing it briefly after each day’s use
• taking it apart completely and cleaning it thoroughly once a week.

Clean the parts with warm water and a little washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher – on the eco cycle (max. 50 °C).

Important: Excessively high temperatures can damage the material and affect functionality.

After cleaning: shake out any excess water and leave everything to dry thoroughly.

Our brush is designed specifically for the mouthpiece of the HOLY Syrup Bottle. Give the mouthpiece a good scrub once a week – but please don’t use it on the syrup tube. And always keep it nice and clean!

It’s simple:

• Just twist the HOLY Ring and open the bottle
• Insert the syrup pod, click it in and open the cap
• Pour in the water
• Close the lid and lock it with the ring
• Set the dial
• Tilt the bottle and suck it like you mean it
• Done.

Depending on how you set the dial, the amount of vitamins will also change:
• lower levels → fewer vitamins
• higher levels → more vitamins

All nutritional information is based on level 3.

That depends on how often you use the bottle. If you use it every day, we recommend giving it a thorough clean once a week.

Take it completely apart and put it in the dishwasher, or wash it with warm water and washing-up liquid – but make sure the water isn’t hotter than 50 degrees.

Yes! But only up to a maximum of 50 °C. For example, in Eco mode.

If it gets any hotter, it can affect the performance.

In short: Wash me, but don’t boil me!

If your bottle is difficult to open (e.g. after being closed overnight), this is usually due to slight pressure buildup inside or minor stickiness in the mechanism.

Here’s a simple fix:

1. Turn the taste dial further counterclockwise – as if you were opening the bottle for deep cleaning
2. This releases the pressure and makes the lid easier to unlock
3. To re-assemble the lid: Turn the taste dial clockwise until it locks back into place

After that, your bottle should open normally again

No – the syrup is caffeine-free.

It’s simple:
You can put the pods in your recycling bin.

The pods are made entirely from a single type of plastic (PP) and are therefore easily recyclable.

And another bonus:
Depending on how you use it, one pod replaces several 1-litre bottles. This means less packaging waste overall.

How long does a syrup pod last?

It depends – the stronger the flavour setting, the quicker the pod will run out.

Roughly:

Level 1 → approx. 5L
Level 2 → approx. 3L
Level 3 → approx. 2.5L
Level 4 → approx. 2L
Level 5 → approx. 1.5L

For adults and children aged 11 and over, we recommend a maximum of 1 Syrup Pod per day.

Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children under 11 should consume no more than half a syrup pod per day.

HOLY Syrup contains vitamin B6, as well as other B vitamins.

You should therefore not take any other products containing vitamin B6 on the same day, such as dietary supplements.

Best stored in a cool, dry place and protected from direct sunlight. Room temperature is perfectly fine.

You’ll find the best-before date on the bottom of the pod.

Once opened: consume within a few days or store in the fridge.

Short answer: Much better than supermarket bottles.

One pod makes approx. 2.5 litres of HOLY on setting 3 – the equivalent of five 0.5-litre PET bottles.

Comparison:
the 5 empty PET bottles weigh 75 g, whereas a pod weighs just 6 g. What’s more, we use a single material that’s easy to recycle. That means: less packaging waste, more drink!

It’s not strictly necessary to rinse the bottle between flavour changes. For hygiene, we recommend a quick rinse when switching flavours. With any reusable bottle, staying clean is what keeps the taste on point and your bottle in top shape.

HOLY Syrup and HOLY Powder both offer great taste without the guilt

We use small amounts of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate to keep our syrups fresh and stable — even after opening.

Unlike traditional bottled drinks, our syrup is regularly exposed to air and can be stored at room temperature.

These preservatives help maintain flavour and quality under these conditions.

Shelf life after opening:
• In the bottle: at least 7 days
• Out of the bottle (stored cool & dry): up to 3 weeks

We only use what’s necessary and carefully balance every ingredient — for example, we completely avoid artificial colourings.
